“Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home handled the care for my wife when she recently passed away. The level of care from beginning to end was incredible. The staff of Phillips-Robinson are the best in the business. I’ve had great service with other funeral homes when dealing with the funerals of my parents, but Phillips-Robertson takes it to the next level. They assisted with all of our needs, while not attempting to sell us on additional items we didn’t need. I was also assisted with all aspects of the services, to include a streaming video for anyone who could not attend in person. Phillips-Robinson was extremely affordable, especially for the level of professionalism we received. As for the the facility itself, it’s extremely comfortable built upon an old house, which provides a soothing atmosphere for all involved. There was cold water and cups set up for us, and plenty of access to coffee. Additionally, they have touched base afterward, to see how I was doing, and providing my family and me materials on how to deal with grief. They have definitely earned any future business my family might need.”

“We had to make a funeral home decision quickly and unexpectedly after the passing of our beloved son and we were lucky to secure a Saturday service the same week. We had family that used this funeral home in the past year and we also knew that they work well with Larkspur natural burial site where many other funeral homes do not offer this option. Matt was very kind and communicative and guided us through the whole process, texting us frequently with updates and information. We appreciated the lovely chapel to hold services as well as the large gathering areas (they did a great job respectfully separating our service and guests from those of another family's in an adjoining gathering area also on the same day). We appreciated the kitchen and quiet eating area to serve catered food to our family and loved ones. Their website allowed our family to also view the entire service online which was very important to us. Gale was so kind in assisting us at the burial site. I would only advise PR to update their selection of guest books available for purchase as we ended up purchasing one online that better fit our more modern needs for a more reasonable price. Thank you so much to PR for helping us during one of the most terrible times of our lives.”
