Hershal G. Neal, age 74, passed away March 19, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents, Estil and Macie Neal; step-children, Donna Woodard, Johnny Wells, Jennifer Rogers, and Jeffrey Wells; step-grandson, Ronnie Bean; 8 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by his wife of 45 years, Martha Neal; children, Teresa Stephens (Scott), Janice Kidd (Jeff), and Hershal Allen Neal (Freda); sister, Jean Barnett; brothers, Clarence Neal (Georgia), Alvin Neal (Brenda), and Jerry Neal; son-in-law, Ronnie Rogers; 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. In light of the current state of emergency and CDC guidelines, and to exercise an abundance of caution, the family will be scheduling a Celebration of Life at a later date.
