Gale Robinson President and Owner	Gale Robinson A native to Nashville, Gale is a 3rd generation funeral director who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He also received his law degree from the Nashville School of law and has been participating in the family business for 15 years. He is a 32nd Degree Scottish and York Rite Mason and a member of Al Menah Shriners.
Rachel Knott Vice President and General Manager Funeral Director, Embalmer rknott@phillipsrobinson.com	Rachel Knott A native of Nashville, Rachel has been with Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home for 7 years. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from David Lipscomb University as well as an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from John A. Gupton College.
Sean Patterson Secretary/ Treasurer Office Manager spatterson@phillipsrobinson.com	Sean Patterson A life-long resident of Franklin, Tennessee, Sean graduated from Battle Ground Academy and majored in Office Management at Middle Tennessee State University. She has over 20 years experience in funeral service and “before need” arrangements and planning.
Jerry Fishpaw Pre-Planning Specialist jfishpaw@phillipsrobinson.com	Jerry Fishpaw Jerry is our pre-planning specialist. He is available to assist in making arrangements and selections ahead of time, whether it be for a complete traditional funeral or one of our cremation options. Following the death of a loved one, Jerry provides aftercare services and other valuable information to the family members. After 5 years with a local corporate funeral home, he is very pleased to be working with the Phillips-Robinson staff and in a family atmosphere. Jerry moved to Tennessee in 1980 with his family. He and his wife have four children and 7 grandchildren. Jerry has also served in the Army National Guard as a medic.
Matthew Terry Manager of Hadley Chapel Funeral Director, Embalmer mterry@phillipsrobinson.com	Matthew Terry Originally from East Tennessee, Matt has a Bachelor of Finer Arts Degree from East Tennessee State University and an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science from John A Gupton College.
Charles Worrell, Sr. PhD. Funeral Director cworrell@phillipsrobinson.com	Charles Worrell, Sr. PhD. Serving the East Nashville community since 1972, Charlie has been a licensed funeral director since 1968, and was the former manager of Finley Dorris & Charlton Funeral Home. Dr Worrell is an East High School graduate, earned a Ph.D. from St. Martin College & Seminary, is a member of American Association of Christian Counselors, Masonic Fraternity, Past Sovereign Grand Master of the World, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Knights of Pythias; Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, College of Bishops-Southern Episcopal Church, USA, president of Emmanuel Bible College in Nashville; Pastor of Faith Methodist Episcopal Church in Nashville since 1970 and President of the Southern institute of Theology, Naples, Italy-Southeastern Extension Division.
Trey Knight Funeral Director/Embalmer tknight@phillipsrobinson.com	Trey Knight Born in Buffalo, New York, Trey has over 23 years experience in funeral service. A 1990 graduate of Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in Syracuse, he holds a funeral directors and embalmers license in both New York and Tennessee. He became a certified crematory operator in 2004. Trey is a member of the Masons, Sigma Pi Sigma, and the Cremation Association of North America. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children, son Joshua and daughter, Kayla.
Adam Rodgers Funeral Director & Embalmer arodgers@phillipsrobinson.com	Adam Rodgers A graduate of Northwest Mortuary School in Southaven, Mississippi with an Associate's Degree of Applied Sciences, Adam has over 20 years of experience in funeral service. Originally from West, Tennessee, Adam has lived in the Madison/Inglewood area for 11 years and joined Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home in early 2010.
Cathy Mason Office Assistant	Cathy Mason Cathy has been with Phillips-Robinson for over 11 years. She enjoys working in funeral service and oversees special projects such as our Annual Tree of Memories program ever December. She is a native of Rutherford County and enjoys singing Gospel music.
Donna Fister CPA	Donna Fister Donna is a C.P.A. and graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Accounting. She has been with Phillips-Robinson Funeral home for 2 years. Her family has resided in the Nashville area for the past 30 years.
Katherine Sloan Administrative Assistant ksloan@phillipsrobinson.com	Katherine Sloan A graduate of MTSU with a BS Degree in Mass Communication, Katherine is our Administrative Assistant. She handles advertising, media content and the video program for families. Born and raised in Nashville, Katherine is married and resides in Old Hickory.
Rich Dressler Funeral Assistant	Rich Dressler Rich is a native of Illinois where he graduated from Midstate College in Peoria in 1967. He moved to Nashville in 1989 and has worked for Phillips-Robinson since November 2002. Rich and his wife, Georgia live in Hermitage.
